BRUNO is a modern European fusion kitchen and bar in the heart of Vake. Comfort food, biodynamic wines, a room designed for long evenings.
The menu turns on a raw bar — tartar, seviche, crudo — and builds out through pasta, slow-cooked meats, and seasonal vegetables. Dishes are short on noise and long on feel.
Behind the bar, a tight list of classic and signature cocktails, European and Georgian biodynamic wines, Shavi Roasters coffee. Brunch runs daily until four.

That's a super place to dine out, very stylish and with special atmoshpere. All food we tried was of supreme quality of course, delicious, yummy! Great service too. Really enjoyed our evening with friends and definately will come back again.

Cosy room, warm lighting, attentive staff. The short ribs are the move. We came back the next week.

Nice atmospheric place. Delicious tartare, and one of the most delicious desserts I've ever tasted. This pear cake is a work of art, I can't imagine how this perfect combination of every taste was created, but it's something that the gods of Olympus and hedonists like me should enjoy)
