The bar at BRUNO sits along the spine of the dining room — not tucked into a corner, not built as theatre, just present. The list is short on purpose: six signature cocktails built around Georgian spirits, a tight set of classics, and a handful of low-ABV and zero-proof options. Every drink is named, measured, shaken the same way, and poured the same way every night. No fifteen-ingredient over-builds, no dry ice, no foam pyrotechnics. The bartender is trained to talk through the list without reading it and to make the drink you want the way you want it.

The bar stays open past the kitchen on weekends.

The bar stays open past the kitchen on Friday and Saturday — last pours at two in the morning. A small late-night menu (olives, charcuterie, the steak burger) runs until close. Walk in, pull up a stool, order.
