Wine

About this category

The wine list at BRUNO is short on purpose — roughly forty bottles, tasted and chosen by the sommelier. The split runs about half Georgian biodynamic and qvevri-fermented wines, half European biodynamic and natural producers. From Kakheti and Kartli: Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Khikhvi, Saperavi, Chinuri, all from small producers who farm without synthetic chemicals. From Europe: French Chablis, Italian Barolo and Etna Rosso, Austrian Grüner Veltliner, Spanish orange wine. Glass pours rotate weekly — there is always something new on the by-the-glass list. Bottles start at GEL 45 and climb through aged classics. Ask the sommelier for a flight or a by-the-glass suggestion — the list is short but specific, and the match matters.

Pairing

Ask the sommelier. Seriously — short list, specific bottles, the match matters.
