From raw bar to biodynamic wine list — the full BRUNO menu, grouped into eleven categories. Pasta is made daily, stocks reduced from bones, vegetables come from Tbilisi markets, menus shift with the season. Mains run GEL 40–110; wine bottles from GEL 45.

How to order

Dine-in reservations are taken online via Resos or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome at the bar. Delivery across central Tbilisi runs through Wolt; search “Bruno” in the app.
