Daylight

Daily, 11:00 – 16:00

A long brunch,
daily until four.

Brunch at BRUNO runs every day, eleven to four. The dining room opens to natural light from the south windows, the espresso machine warms up, and the kitchen works at a slower rhythm than the evening. Dishes are built for long, unhurried tables — some plates hold their place from eleven through two. It is the same kitchen that cooks dinner, dialled down: softer heat, fresher produce, brighter plates, more lemon.

The room

Vake is a brunch neighbourhood. Neighbours walk down from the park, from Chavchavadze, from Paliashvili itself. Professionals take their weekend mornings off. Expatriate families come with kids and the Sunday paper. Locals come alone and stay for two hours with a book. BRUNO sits inside that rhythm — not chasing it, not trying to be loud about it. A place a neighbour comes back to.

Weekends vs weekdays

Weekends are busier and louder: bottomless Prosecco tables stretching into the afternoon, groups of six, reservations recommended for Saturday and Sunday before 14:00. Weekdays are quieter: meetings over eggs Benedict, laptops in the back corner, solo brunchers lingering over the paper. Both are welcome.
