Coffee at BRUNO is pulled on a refurbished La Marzocco, with beans roasted in Tbilisi by Shavi Roasters — one of the city's most respected small roasters. Espresso runs short, bitter-sweet, on a dialed-in grind. Americano with the hot water served on the side, not pre-poured. Flat white on whole milk, dialed for texture. Cappuccino with thick microfoam. V60 filter available for guests who want the bean in the glass — the barista will tell you the origin, the roast date, the tasting notes if you ask. Beans change with the season; the barista can walk you through what's on the grinder this week. A real coffee program, not a default.
